ICT 10 05/12/12

Finally this is the last blog that we will going to make. This day our activities is on how to make Claymation and I really enjoy playing with clay. We are like children but then it was a good experience to learn how to make a claymation. All I've learned in ICT will always be part of my real journey because all the lessons we tackled are
helpful especially to my studies. All I can say is that what a great opportunity to enroll in this course, I will always cherish the moments that we've shared during this day.......And thank you Ma'am for being a good teacher to us and for sharing your knowledge on how to manipulate computer. Now I can say that I am raelly improving in manipulating computer.

ICT Day 9 05/10/12

This day we have discussed another topic and that is all about Microsoft Power point. I learned that power point is very important especially when we have to make activities like animation,video clips and also making questions or quiz out of the power point. Sad to say I was not able to finish our activity today, I have a hard time doing our task and I have to finish it before our ICT ends. Honestly, I like what we've done today, its very interesting and I really enjoy it. I don't really expect that I would be able to learned all this things and its very helpful for me as a student for I have already a background on how to used the different Microsoft Office.

ICT Day 8 05/09/12

As the day 8 begins I have to get ready for our new lesson and that is Microsoft Excel. I've encountered difficulties from the start, and my experience at first is that, I was not able to found the excel 1 that we will be editing but thanks for my teacher for being patient in helping me. Its really true that excel has a big help if we know how to used it. We made some activities, we answered some questions, we edit some tables and we made graph out of the Microsoft Excel. I realize that learning excel is very important because it would really help us to the near future.

We have a lot of activities during this day and its really made me pressure. We made cover letter, floor plan and comics strip. Although its hard for me to fulfill all of these but I really try my very best to finish all the task that was being assigned to us. All of these really help me in improving my ability in manipulating computer. I realize that if we are only fun of exploring the computer especially the Microsoft word we can learned many many things.

ICT Day 6 05/07/12

As I test my speed in typing I have different result. Some are low and some are just fine. I really need to practice to be able for me to improve my typing skills.And also I should be more alert so that I can't commit any mistake. I really like this activity for I already know my standing in typing and having this practice typing  is a great opportunity for me.                         

ICT Day 4 and 5 05/06/12

I MADE IT !!!

On the Day 4 of our ICT I prepared myself in our removal test. I feel nervous when our test is all about the parts of the computer in which I/we will going to identify each parts. That time,I am not that confident enough for i was not able to remember all those parts. I realize that I should be more attentive in listening to our discussion.I realize that it is really important to know the parts of the computer because time will come it would bring help to me if ever I will going to identify it again.

On the Day 5, we are having our reporting in the topic that was assigned to us. As what I've observed some are listening but some are very busy operating their units.I realize that, in reporting we should prepare all the time. We should organize well all the important information that we will be discussing to the class. And we should be confident enough in reporting so that we will not be lost when we are in front of the whole class.

This activity is a very interesting one and I've learn a lot of things.What I did is just the same of what we did yesterday, filling the table with the task given to us. And also this day is a very interesting day for we have an activity in which we assemble and reassemble the parts of the CPU. I realize that learning computer is very important. And computer brings a big help to all of us.

ICT Day 2 5-2-12

During the activity,honestly speaking I am not good enough in manipulating computer. I found it hard to cope up every detailed,what is next and where to go.In the first step in filling the table, its quite easy but when I have to save it,go to paint and other,I was not able to follow the instruction for I was in a hurry to really finish my work.Good for me for I have my classmates and also my teacher to help me in doing the task. I realize that I should be more attentive in listening in our discussion so that I would be able to do my task effectively.

The Importance of Computer in the Business Field

The business operations are not possible without computers, and computers are a product of business. 

Computer technology is very important especially in the business field.It can help to make work easier. Computer is a powerful tool, allowing you easily extract data in order to prepare reports and analyze the information. Computers can help a business stay in contact with its customers as well. 

Computers can help managers keep track of the financial status of the company on a yearly, monthly or even day-to-day basis. Companies can use their computers to print checks for payroll and expenditures, and can form a direct link to the company's bank account. Computers through internet connection made business transactions easier and more convenient. As compared to hard copied data which is more prone to damage data saved in the computer is more secured. Thus, computer plays a big role and importance in the business field.
